1. How are your products made?
All items are custom-made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify.
2. When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Tracking details are sent within 24 hours of shipment.
Cut-off time: 11:00 PM local time.
3. How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after shipping. Delays may occur due to location, weather, or carrier issues.
4. Can I change or cancel my order?
You can request changes or cancellations within 2 hours of purchase.
Shipping address updates are allowed within 24 hours by emailing contact@holy-looks.com.
5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind. All items are made to order.
6. What if my item is damaged or defective?
We’ll replace it at no cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are in USD and securely processed.
